ARiSE è un’associazione che si occupa di favorire e promuovere la ricerca, la diffusione e lo sviluppo della Storia economica, sia come disciplina scientifica accademica che come approccio alla comprensione della realtà contemporanea. Progetta, organizza e sostiene iniziative volte a facilitare la ricerca scientifica nel campo della Storia economica, anche in collaborazione con altre società.

Socie e soci si stanno impegnando a organizzare iniziative volte a facilitare la ricerca scientifica nel campo della Storia economica, promuovendone la qualità e la disseminazione dei risultati, il pluralismo della ricerca, gli scambi scientifico-culturali sia interni che esterni, organizzando riunioni, seminari, convegni, tanto nazionali che internazionali.
